Research Interests.  My research work deals with harvesting small-scale energy from graphene vibrations. One of my past projects involved experimental and simulation studies for determining the best circuit for harvesting low power vibrations. This circuit can be used to rectify an electric signal from graphene. In my recent work I fabricated graphene variable capacitors on a silicon wafer for capturing energy from graphene vibrations. My research group, based at the University of Arkansas, is currently testing these devices for power measurements.
